錄音文稿：	Treatment of Municipal Solid Waste as Resources Every citizen living on earth has the right to enjoy a happy life in a comfortable, fresh environment, and more importantly, they still should be obliged to protect the global environment for mankind's survival. However, industrial production and consumption patterns of modern humans are causing more and more severe damage to the ecological environment. Here, how to deal with municipal solid waste has become a major headache problem. Currently the world's garbage is treated largely by way of landfill, composting and incineration. Landfill will take up a lot of valuable land resources, and furthermore, heavy metals and leachate may also cause serious pollution to the Earth's environment. The composting methods for municipal solid waste belongs to resource utilization, but the long composting process may produce a smell that is hardly acceptable, and it may lose a lot of nitrogen that will greatly reduce the fertilizer effectiveness. Additionally, garbage particles such as glass that refuses treatment may also result in injuries to users and soil. Incineration can be a more thorough and rapid method with resource utilization values, but it involves large investment and high operating costs. Meanwhile, a lot of garbage may produce dioxins and other harmful gases in the combustion process, resulting in secondary pollution. After nearly 10 years of painstaking efforts in repeated exploration and practice, our company has successfully developed a systematic approach for dealing with the whole resource of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) by the integrated use of nine patented technologies. This method can process garbage into organic fertilizer, plastic granules, RDF fuel rods and other products for recycling purposes. Our system has the following characteristics: 1. The system is running in completely closed process, in which all the exhaust gas and waste water can be recycled, leaving no residue to avoid environmental pollution. It can be built in the residential area. 2. Automated sorting technology. Our company introduced a comprehensive garbage sorting machine that was made targeting at mixed garbage with complex components. Depending on garbage shape, size, specific gravity, as well as the jump height at the kinetic collision and other characteristics, the intelligent control of wind, gravity, magnetic, and shape, combined with centrifugal force and speed are introduced to sort out the metal, batteries from glass, paper, plastic, soil residue and construction wastes, organic matter and so on. Through the optimized garbage sorting, one-time separation of mixed waste and the primary recovery rate of plastic, metal and glass can both reach over 95%. 3. By the use of spray blasting techniques based on chemical hydrolysis, organic substances contained in garbage may be in two hours completely hydrolyzed under the combined role of high temperature and pressure with a catalyst. We created a unique organic nitrogen-fixing technique, by which dissociated nitrogen can be fixed onto the organic carbon chain to produce an organic nitrogen fertilizer with high performance. More than to protect the environment, it has a high nutrition and high performance shared by chemistry fertilizer. Garbage leachate from the hydrolysis can be added with extraction agent with a special formula, and heavy metals after passivation can also be made into liquid fertilizer. This also serves as a solution to the problem of solid waste composting with excessive heavy metal content. 4. By sorting waste plastics on the proportion, lightweight plastic PP/PE can be recovered for granulation. Large proportion of plastic, such as rubber, leather and wood, textiles and other flammable materials in PET and garbage, may be made into environmentally-friendly RDF, used as a heat feedstock in the production process for that day. Inorganic residues are turned into brick, while metals and waste paper can be packaged for recycling. All garbage and waste can go to recycling for complete processing without any surplus. 5. Our waste disposal technologies can make it to get complete handling of the daily waste, requiring a whole process that takes 4-5 hours only. The technology only occupies an area equivalent to one tenth of that by use of landfill, and one sixth for incineration. The whole production process is under automation control.
